Carol Miller: Founder & President
Posh Productions Inc. was founded in 1979. Carol and her staff have extensive knowledge, years of experience and a deep appreciation for both domestic and international cuisines. Ms. Miller has traveled extensively, broadening her culinary expertise and has assisted award-winning cookbook authors and master chefs in presentations on television and in person.
Ms. Miller has also contributed a life story and recipe to the "Chicken Soup for the Soul" Cookbook by #1 New York Times Best Selling Authors Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen and Diana von Welanetz Wentworth.
Ms. Miller is certified with Women & Minority Business Enterprise of California, a member of Les Dames D'Escoffier International the Orange County Chapter, a member of health organizations such as the Celiac Disease Foundation, NAWBO-National Association of Women Business Owners, ISES-International Event Society and the International Caterers Association.

"My lifelong passion for health and fitness has inspired me to take Posh in a new direction. For the last two years, we have been developing our "Pure & Natural" menu which features healthier food choices that are suitable for a number of special diets including: diabetic, gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian.
