For our daily Corporate deliveries. Full and Part time positions available. Clean DMV Report; Professional Appearance; Familiar with Orange County and Surrounding Areas Maintain Composure Under Pressure; Excellent Communication Skills (Bi-Lingual a plus.)
EVENT HEAD CAPTAINS
Applicants must possess knowledge and experience in off premise catering and direct the setting up of events at site location. Must be able to work flexible hours which could include weekends and evenings.
Candidates must have experience in the following:
Directing and Organizing event Set-up and Break-down; Delegating
Staff Duties; Overseeing Buffet and Food Presentation; Follow Decor Design Set-up for Buffet, Guest Tables and Location; Ability to Deal Diplomatically with Excellent Verbal Communication Skills; Commitment to Quality.
EVENT SERVERS
Applicants must possess knowledge and experience in off premise catering and setting up events at site location. Should possess good communication skills, dress in appropriate attire and have the ability to work with the public. Must be able to work flexible hours which could include weekends and evenings.
Duties Include:
Setting up Buffet Stations, Beverages, Menu and Serving Guests; Loading and Unloading Trucks Handling Props and Decor.
EVENT CHEFS
Applicants must possess knowledge and experience in off premise catering and set-up and operation of off site working kitchen. Must be able to work flexible hours which could include weekends and evenings.
This is an hourly wage position. Candidates are Responsible for: All Aspects of Food Preparation and Presentation; Knowledge of Handling Food Products Maintain a Clean, Organized and Safe Working Environment; Able to Direct Staff in Accordance to Event Menus.
Ability to Cook a Variety of Foods; Excellent Verbal Communication Skills (Bi-Lingual a plus);Commitment to Quality.
