"Our event can be described in one simple term... MAGNIFICENT!!! Everyone enjoyed the food very much. Since our president is Irish, we have had several traditional Irish meals catered including a well known Irish Pub and Restaurant. None have even come close to the quality and flavor of the food we experienced today ... the seasoning was perfect. Those of us who have had Irish soda bread before agreed unanimously that yours is the best we have ever had. Thank you very much for making our St. Patty's Day Luncheon such a wonderful success. Please express our gratitude for a job very well done to your entire staff.
